How long have you been vegan?

- My 1 year vegan anniversary was earlier this month.





What made you want to share it with the world ?

- Veganism changed my life in every way and I wanted to share that with as many people as possible. I want to spread the word of health and make being vegan and healthy accessible to those who think it's too difficult, too expensive or impractical.





How has your life changed since becoming a vegan?

- I feel lighter, more energized, clearer-minded, and more excited and motivated to start each day. I am proud of the choices I am making for my body, for the environment and for the animals. I have discovered amazing healthy communities in NYC, LA, and on the lovely world wide web. I have met so many incredible, smart, passionate healthy people through living this healthy vegan lifestyle. After feeling this wonderful I would never look back!






What are some of your favorite things to make and eat ? name just a few.

- Green smoothies are my absolute favorite thing. I could eat them for every meal. Also anything involving sweet potatoes. And raw vegan peanut butter cups for dessert.

Is there any information or advise you would like to give a vegan beginner or someone considering going vegan?

- Pay attention to your body. Take it slow. Ease into veganism by cutting things out of your diet one by one. Understand that change does not occur overnight, but after the first few weeks and especially the first few months you will see/feel significant changes. Veganism is a huge investment in your health and your overall wellbeing, and you deserve it!
